Brrrrr…….It’s colder than it looks outside.

Only in Arizona can it be 93⁰ on Halloween and 68⁰ 3 days later. I’m happy that we are getting colder though it helps me get into the holiday spirit. Especially since my favorite holiday is just around the corner. I love, love, love, love, love Thanksgiving. I’m not a fan of turkey though weird I know. We will be doing a turkey this year but we will also have ham.

Our Halloween night went off without a hitch. The children invited a few friends from school over to go Trick or Treating with them. Good thing I decided on finger food for our Halloween menu because seven Teens & Tweens can eat. They aren’t fans of sitting and eating either. All in all it was a fantastic & memorable night.

Miss Savannah is not only a Girl Scout she is also a part of the Girl Volunteer Corps of Southern Arizona. This past weekend she had a great opportunity to volunteer at Tucson’s Walk to End Alzheimer's at the U of A. I’m very proud of the young lady she is becoming.
