Us….2 fer

Most of us would love to sleep in on a Sunday but this little doggie had different plans. It is only 6 am after all. It’s amazing how much like babies they are. We’ve had this little bundle of joy for about 6 weeks & she has defiantly made her mark on this family. She may be small but that doesn’t stop her from getting onto the coffee table even if it means jumping from the couch.

Sunday was a special day in our house it was Miss Isis’ first birthday. I made a yummy meatloaf & a fancy Halloween themed cake for the humans to enjoy & Miss Isis got some grilled chicken that daddy made for her & a new toy she shared with Miss Athena of course.

I forgot to buy the onion soup mix for this recipe and when did I remember? That’s right in the middle of mixing everything together. I am a very lucky & grateful girl. Andrew went out & got it for me. He also came back with these beautiful roses. He truly is a great guy.

We ended our Sunday decorating some of the front yard. We still have some more decorating to do but it’s coming along.

Today I worked on my costume for Halloween. Bet you will never guess what I’m going as…….
