Blogging is hard to do

Much love to all the bloggers out there who do this on a daily basis. As this is just our family’s personal blog I had high hopes to blog about our life on daily basis. That turned into once a week & now after seeing the date of my last post I haven’t updated anything in more than 3 weeks, for shame…..

Anyhoo this is what you missed in the last 3 weeks.

We had a birthday party for Troy’s and Andrew’s birthday. On the food menu ribs, fried chicken, baked beans, fried pickles, fried Twinkies & birthday cake.

For Troy’s actual birthday on August 24th I made him homemade pizza for dinner and he got another Godzilla comic book. This kid absolutely loves anything to do with Godzilla.

Which brings us to Miss Athena the new addition to Crazytown USA. She is adorable yet a bit crazy which is why she fits in so much here. Wouldn’t trade her for the world though.

Miss Savannah went on her first camping trip to Show Low Lake with her BFF. Yes I know my daughter is braver than I. Yes I know I’m a Helicopter mom, google it, let’s just say 50 hours of worry is no good for you and we’ll leave it at that. I am getting better though one day at a time.
