The ever elusive date night

Andrew & I haven’t had a date night in over a year which makes last night very special to us. Grandma took all the children for a sleepover so we decided to eat dinner at Famous Dave’s. I had the burnt ends with cheese & fried onions in the commercial it looked so yummy I had to try it. Um in real life not so pretty but still very good Andrew had the ribs & burnt ends plate which he enjoyed very much. Our next stop a walk down 4th Ave. Yeah not happening no parking and you know I was rocking the heels. Everyone in Tucson wanted to ride the Modern Street Car totally forgot that was making it’s premier this weekend. We decided to go home and watch Planet of the Apes I’ve never seen it and I really enjoyed it. Although our date night didn’t go exactly as we planned it reminded me why I feel in love with Andrew to begin with. He makes me smile and it doesn’t get any better than that. We started off as friends and I’m very happy we still are the best of friends.
