Camping…..Who me?!

Sometimes we change our attitudes for things we didn’t always like to do. That would be camping for me no bathrooms, showers and sleeping outside always turned me away. We are planning on going camping later this year with the kids so of course I changed my mind with a few exceptions that is. We are renting a RV for this trip we do have several tents that we will bring along if I’m brave enough to sleep outside. Since this trip is still several months away I decided to start learning to cook for camping trips. I tried out this yummy Campfire Chicken Packets tonight I cooked them in the oven I hope they are just as good cooked on the grill.
